Korean Toasts

Korean Toasts are a culinary delight originating from South Korea, celebrated for their simple yet delicious combination of ingredients. These popular snacks feature slices of bread meticulously toasted to golden perfection.

We have carefully blended flavors and textures inspired by Korean culinary traditions, resulting in a timeless taste. Take, for example, our Bulgogi (‘Ribeye’), which is

marinated for at least 24 hours to ensure a rich flavor.

Gua Bao

Gua Bao, pronounced “gwa bow,” is also known as Taiwanese bao or steamed buns, boasting a texture that is both tender and chewy. The hallmark of gua bao is its distinctive folded shape, symbolizing good fortune and reminiscent of a gold ingot or yuan bao—an ancient Chinese currency.

This culinary delight has evolved into a cultural experience that transcends its Taiwanese roots worldwide. Our take on the Gua Bao is a fusion with influences from various Asian origins.

Bubble tea, also known as boba tea, is a popular Taiwanese beverage that combines sweet, flavored tea with milk and various toppings.

The signature element of bubble tea is
the chewy tapioca pearls. Bubble tea enthusiasts often use the term “QQ” to express the perfect balance of chewiness and springiness when biting into them. We ensure a fresh QQ texture by preparing and cooking our tapioca pearls daily.

Bingsu

Bingsu, a Korean dessert pronounced “bing-soo,” is a delightful treat also known as Korean shaved ice. It is characterized by its light and fluffy texture, creating a palate-pleasing experience. A defining feature of bingsu is its finely shaved ice.
